After adding a product, an order can look complete while money is still owed and freight no longer matches the parcel. The website supplier should reconcile the revised commercial total, original captured payment and remaining action as separate evidence layers.

Supplier acceptance procedure
- Freeze a before/after line ledger including discount allocations and the approved freight decision.
- Compare captured amounts with the updated total; never label a sent invoice as captured payment.
- Reconcile the final payment/refund reference and downstream fulfilment acknowledgement before closing the change.
Interpret the output
The model outputs a signed40 balance for the first row and negative20 for the second. Those numbers describe the proposed remaining action, not settlement. When discounts fail to refresh, keep the edit unapproved until the supplier explains each line allocation.
Explicit limits
No money is collected or refunded. Tax, duties, international-order eligibility, subscription contracts and external fulfilment apps need separate evidence.
