Supplier acceptance procedure
- Link the request to the authorised customer through the merchant’s support policy, not a screenshot of the last four characters.
- Record internal card ID, currency, state and current balance in a restricted handover note.
- Have authorised staff demonstrate the native resend in a test account and verify the recipient without copying the code into analytics.
