Project enquiries
When you submit a project enquiry, we receive the name or company, email address, phone number, website, service area and project details you choose to provide. We use this information only to assess and respond to your enquiry. We do not sell it to third parties.
Form delivery
We use FormSubmit to securely forward project enquiries to the MadRaven Lab inbox. It may process and temporarily retain form content for delivery and spam prevention. If you prefer not to use the form, you can contact info@madravenlab.com.au directly.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process standard request data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser information and request timestamps. We do not currently use advertising pixels or behavioural analytics.
Managing your information
Unless the law requires otherwise, we delete enquiry information when it is no longer needed for the enquiry or any resulting work. You can contact info@madravenlab.com.au to access, correct or request deletion of information you submitted.
