An enquiry endpoint can save a request and redirect to a confirmation page. Whether the next hop uses GET or repeats POST matters when a customer refreshes or a destination cannot accept a body. Commission the method trace, not merely a screenshot of the final thank-you page.

Supplier acceptance procedure
- Ask the supplier for each hop’s status, Location, request method and operation reference.
- Test the approved redirect and refresh path with synthetic data and no real email submission.
- Verify duplicate prevention independently; a redirect code alone cannot guarantee one enquiry record.
Interpret the output
The model covers 303 and307 after POST only. It does not change the existing site’s HTTP-to-HTTPS redirects or contact form. A supplier should justify any body-preserving redirect and prove the destination is intended to receive that body before acceptance.
Explicit limits
No production redirects, cookies, CSRF or form changes.302/301 historical behaviour, cross-origin restrictions and idempotency are outside the finite mapping.
Replay the finite teaching model
Save both files in one folder and use Node22 or newer. JSON contains inputs and expected results. The script processes synthetic data only, with no network, credentials, payment or paid API calls. Passing is not evidence that a real integration passed acceptance.
